Privacy

Without an account

You can use the free scenes without an account. Your scene, sound and music settings are kept in your browser (local storage). If analytics is on, PostHog receives anonymous usage events such as scene views and listening time, with a random ID stored in your browser. Session recordings are off. You can turn analytics off in About → Privacy & analytics.

With an account

• Email address, to send sign-in links and account emails (such as renewal reminders). Emails are sent through Resend.
• Account and Premium status: trial dates, plan, and references to your Stripe customer and purchases.
• Checkout records: the plan, price and renewal terms shown to you, and your acceptance of the Terms, kept as proof of consent for at least three years (or one year after your plan ends, if longer).
• Place requests you send.
• A sign-in cookie (ge_session) that keeps you signed in for up to 60 days. We store only a hash of it.

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details directly; see Stripe's privacy policy. We never see your full card number. Account data is stored with Cloudflare, which hosts Go Elsewhere.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, show ads, or send your email address to analytics. We only email you about your account and Premium.

Tracking and Do Not Track

We don't track you across other websites, and we don't let third parties do so through Go Elsewhere. If your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal, analytics stays off.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the version date at the top of this page, and we email account holders before material changes take effect.

Your choices

You can sign out at any time, cancel Premium online, and ask us to see, correct or delete your data by emailing us from your account address. Some records (such as payment and consent records) are kept as long as the law requires.
